Q. How long will my order take to deliver?

Most of our products are made fresh after you place an order. It usually takes 2-3 days to prepare your order and another 1-2 days for the shipping company to deliver it to you. On rare occasions, a specific size / color combination may not be available right away. In that case, kindly allow additional time to refill our fabric inventory. Products such as Bags are made in small batches and are usually sold out before they even arrive at our facility. Hence we provide "Pre-Order" facility on upcoming batches of T-Shirts so you can skip to queue and book your Favorite T-Shirt for assured delivery. Estimated delivery time of Pre-Ordered t-shirts vary but typically can take anywhere from 3 days to 20 days.

Q. Who makes these fine crafted T-shirts?

We do. We went halfway around the world to pick us a fabric, went on numerous gourmet dinners to choose our flavors; trained our troopers to stitch it into a T-shirt with military precision and finally had our minions pack it with lots of love and shizz!

Q. Who makes all these gorgeous designs?

We do. Preliminary test for enrolling as an in-house trooper involves aligning 2000 match sticks into a perfectly even chain of caffeine molecules. This ensures that every member of our team is both creative as well as smart. (And develops a love for coffee in the process.)

Q. Can I submit my own designs?

Yes of course. We love our artist tribe and if your artwork is good, there's no force strong enough to stop it from reaching our store. Email your artworks on [email protected] and we shall take it from there.

Q. How do we ship your orders?

Bro Factor partners with leading logistics providers in India such as FedEx, Aramex, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, BlueDart, Holisol and DTDC. Shipping is free. It takes usually 5-8 days for the parcel to arrive at your location. Kindly excuse any additional delay in case of bad weather / natural calamities. We also provide Cash On Delivery services at Rs. 75 per product in select regions of India. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be executed on Monday.

Q. How can i return product?

Bro Factor makes sure each and every product is carefully inspected before shipping them out. However, there may be a slight margin of error. If that be the case, kindly send us an email describing the error on [email protected] with all the photo proofs and we'll do our best to replace it for you as soon as possible. Q. How can i exchange the product?

If the product you ordered does not fit you, you can send it back to us for a free size exchange. Kindly send us your exchange requests on [email protected] and we will send you a return ID which is to be mentioned on the package that you'll send.

Q. Who bears the delivery charges of the items returned?

If you would like to exchange the product for a different size, you pay for shipping it back to us and also pay Rs. 100 extra for shipping your replaced product from our end.

Q. How long refund procedure takes?

If you received the product in "SALE" then you're not eligible for the refund of the order. All products except sale products are eligible for the refunds. If you're eligible for the refund then thhe refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your bank account within 7 days.
